The Industry Growth Program required support to manage and deliver data and insights related to services and grants offered by the program. Reports and insights needed to be delivered in line with branding requirements, and enable ease of communication with all stakeholders of the program.

As Power BI is the preferred visualisation and reporting tool within the organisation, Data Knowhow's Lisa Cornish was engaged to design data models and develop reporting tools using this product.

Lisa was required to engage with stakeholders to understand reporting priorities and objectives. Data models combined corporate databases with survey data to identify impacts of the program, and Lisa has developed a range of automated reports.

Through automated data models and reports, staff have access to fast and reliable data to communicate program impacts and benefits.
